Apple Dip

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 (11-3/4 oz.) jar hot fudge ice cream topping
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
3 medium red apples cut in wedges
3 medium green apples cut in wedges
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
Fold in marshmallows with a spatula.
Spoon half of the mixture into a bowl. Spread with half of the hot fudge topping. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Toss the apples with lemon juice.
Serve immediately with the dip.
French Cream Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 lemon, juiced
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and then whip with powdered sugar.
Whip cream and sugar together until if forms soft peaks.
Combine beaten cream cheese, whipped cream, and lemon juice.
Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
Fun Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 large jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
Fresh Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions: Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
Bold Banana Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup ripe bananas
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 -1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal, uncooked
Directions:
Mix the bananas and lemon juice until well blended.
Add all of the other ingredients and blend well.
Serve immediately with assorted fresh fruits, pound cake, or vanilla wafers.
Caramel Dip
Ingredients:
20 individually wrapped caramels
1/4 cup water
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
In the microwave, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently. Check every 30 seconds until the caramel is melted.
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in caramel mixture.
Serve immediately.
Super Simple Strawberry Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons strawberry cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Directions:
Mix yogurt, strawberry cream cheese, and powdered sugar on low in a blender until smooth.
Stir in fresh strawberries.
Serve immediately with assorted fresh fruits, pound cake, or vanilla wafers.
Tropical Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 package banana flavored instant pudding
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapples with juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender at low speed until everything is blended well.
Spoon mixture into a serving dish.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
